  1. May I know what kind of payment do you accept?

Our store accepts credit or debit cards from Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Also, digital payment like PayPal is supported in our store.

  1. What's the shipping and delivery time?

Usually, we ship within 48 hours(excluding holidays and weekends) after confirming your order and we will choose the closest one to you from our warehouses across the US. Delivery time, usually takes 3-7 days, it depends on the carrier.

  1. What's the package of your trampoline?

Our package is a solid paper box, it's specially made for express delivery purposes.

  1. How do I use this after receiving it?

Please refer to our manual guidance, which is attached with the trampoline in the package. Install it step by step, and please do not skip any steps to avoid any dangerous things happening.

  1. How to return and get a refund?

You can get a refund within 30 days of receipt for any damaged or defective reasons. Please go to My Orders to submit your refund request. After confirming your request, we will send an email to you with detailed address information so you can send back the delivered one. After receiving and approving your return, we will directly issue the refund in your original payment way. The refund process takes 3-7 days(it depends on your banks or digital payment platforms). Under the current situation, we’d appreciate your patience if you are experiencing refund delays.

  1. Where can I submit complaints about the package?

We are so sorry about the unpleasant experience, and we apologize for it. We always do proper package before it's shipped, however, there might still be some defects occurring during transit, which we have done our best to avoid. If you need a new package, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt, we will send you a new one ASAP.

  1. Any tips to maintain the trampoline?

We suggest that you do not use it under rainy weather conditions, since the raindrop might corrode the galvanized paint of steel frame and accelerate the speed of rust. Also, it's better to store it in your warehouse, so it can be protected from sunlight for a long time against color fading.

  1. Can I get rewards or discounts by recommending your products to my friends?

Surely it's quite welcome that you could recommend our product to your relatives or friends.

We have different plans for discount: if you are going to re-purchase by yourself, we'd love to offer 10% off to you as a discount. If you want to recommend it to other people, we'd love to reward you by transferring money via PayPal. You can get 5% of the total order value.

  1. When can we expect promotions in your store?

Usually, our plans for promotions each year are available for marvelous festivals, like Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and Christmas. Back then, we will be sending coupons in advance, which can be applied to all of the products in our store.

  1. I want to try firstly with a sample, how can I get one?

Sample request is welcome for sure, but you have to contact our customer service firstly to tell us your needs. After receiving your request, we will analyze if you are qualified to get the free sample for trial since we have set certain rules for it. Usually, distributors and wholesalers, who are in great need of sales quantity, can easily get our sample.
